Help Spread the Word: The most impactful thing families can do to help Palouse Prairie School is to spread the word about our school. If you know families who will be enrolling kindergarteners, who are new to the area, or who are looking for a school for their students, please let them know about our school!

From our Public Health Nurse: “Give Kids a Smile” is a free dental program operating during the month of February. Dentists participating in this program are: Dr. Henry and Dr. Sept in Moscow. The CHAS clinic in Moscow has also added 6 dental chairs and are now operating full time to serve children and adults for most all dental needs. The number there is: 208-848-8300. The CHAS clinic in Moscow is also a full service medical clinic with a sliding fee for all services. It is not mandatory to make a payment the same day a person is seen. They have a pharmacy and also serve our communities for Behavior Health concerns. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful medical facility. They are now housed on the ground floor in the new medical building that was built across the street from Gritman Medical Center.
From the Parent Crew: PPCS Call for photos! As part of our upcoming marketing plan to fundraise for the building of the new school, we'd like to collect high-quality images taken by parents and teachers over the years to create an archive/database of images to use in marketing materials. If you have gone on an adventure or field work, helped in the classroom or otherwise documented our PPCS students in action over the last 7 years, we'd love to add your photos to our collection. If you have just a few images to share, you can email the high-res files to email@example.com and we'll upload them to the Flickr page for you. If you have more than a handful of photos please email and we'll give you the Flickr login information so that you can upload directly to the site. Thank you for helping us promote our school and pave the way for our new building!
Boxtops for Education: Please bring in your Boxtops for Education and Labels for Education. It does make a difference! Drop them in the box in the school foyer. Boxtops for Education are due: February 17.
Volunteers Needed: The Parent CREW is hard at work putting together many events for the remainder of the school year, but there are a few areas where we could really use additional support. Please SIGN UP HERE if you can help! Some of these events just won't be able to happen without more hands on deck. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
