We are pleased to offer 3after school programs this year, PCEI's Nature Explorers, our Spanish Immersion program, and the Moscow School District's Adventure Club.
Nature Explorers After School Program Enrolling Now!

Nature Explorers is an after school program for active and curious kids who love to spend time discovering the outdoors. Under the direction of Palouse-Clearwater Environmental Institute (PCEI) educators, Nature Explorers go on field trips to local natural areas such as the UI Arboretum, Phillips Farm, Idler’s Rest, Robinson Park, etc., learning about the local natural history through hikes, games, and fun activities.
Nature Explorers operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting September 14, after school with a pick-up time between 5:00pm and 5:30pm at the PCEI campus in Moscow. The cost of the fall session, 26 days of programming including snack, is $260 ($10/day); payment plans are possible. Please review the Parent Handbook for program details and enrollment forms. This handbook can be found via the link above or hard copies at the Palouse Prairie School office. Registration and payment is due by Friday, September 10.

Spanish Immersion Program
The Spanish Immersion Program is an afterschool program for kindergarten students (12:00-3:00) and older students (3:00-5:00) that offers something for everyone. Students will have the opportunity to be immersed in a new language nd learn about new cultures through the Total Physical Response (TPR) approach. The TPR approach introduces students to Spanish people, foods and vocabulary through drama, music, science explorations, chanting, chat, stories and games. Sign your child up to learn language through play.

Adventure Club
Students now have the option of taking the bus from our school to the Moscow Junior High, and then Moscow School District bus #114 to McDonald Elementary.
